1Does having a UK Visa mean I can work all throughout Europe?
Unfortunately it's not that easy! If you are travelling on an Australian or New Zealand Passport you will need to apply for an appropriate Visa for each country you wish to work in.
2Can I use my Australian Drivers Licence whilst in the UK?
For the first year yes you can, then you need to apply for a local Drivers licence.

England, Wales, Scotland and the Northern Ireland. If you wish to work in the Republic of Ireland you need to apply for an Irish Working Visa.

The great news is no you don't! Upon your arrival in the UK you need register with your local doctor. Once you have registered with them, you are free to go down and see them as and when required. Make sure you register with one as soon as possible once you arrive.. don't wait until you get ill to figure it out.
